Brand new versa only had it 24hrs. Not giving any active minutes, heart rate or sleep. Also now lost steps for the day. I have tried uninstalling app and reinstalling on android phone. Pushing left button and bottom right button and factory reset. Nothing is working any suggestions beginning to wish I stuck with Charge 2.......

Hi, sorry to read that you have already have some many issues with you brand new Versa. Just one question: have you setup your Versa all over again to you mobile device after the Factory Reset, cause that's mandatory. After a FR, your Versa acts like a brand new Versa which has never been setup before. Also restarting your Versa only once does not solve your problem, you will need to do that 4-5 times in a row to try and get the problems solved. If all of the above does not solve your problems, contact Customer Support, cause your Versa might be malfunctioning. Good luck and if this post reaaly helped solve your problem, see my signature.
