Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

I'm sure not every single AW works flawlessly. I've been using fitbits for awhile and I enjoy them with very few fixable problems. But I also know AW users who are unhappy with theirs. So to each their own. It doesn't make us naive buyers because we choose to purchase a Fitbit.

Fed Ex delivers it to the post office and then the post office delivers it to you. It can add a couple days or so on to the delivery. Extremely irritating when you live a block from the post office and they won't let you pick up the item.......

@sarah_lin8 Sales tax is based on where you live. I live in Delaware and Delaware does not have sales tax. The best part about Delaware is the beaches and tax free shopping lol. You have very high sales tax where you omg

Not every Apple Watch works and so many people can't afford it because it's $400 and not of us want to spend that much money on something when we can spend a lot less on something that works about the same and has more battery life. I love Apple, definitely prefer it over Samsung, and I probably would've bought an Apple Watch if I had an iPhone and it was cheaper and battery life was longer but it doesn't mean I have to think every one of their products are flawless and perfect, I'm not saying that you are but I'm just saying I don't. And there are complaints on the Apple Watch as well. No offense.

Sarah, yours is an interesting observation.  I haven't heard of anyone yet complaining about the Versa band changing being a problem.  Sure looks like to me to be easier than the Charge 2 and Ionic that I now have.  However, I haven't actually changed one yet.

@RachelRRR I highly doubt it but thanks! I CALLED a Fitbit agent (because when you live chat 80% of the time you won't get an answer) and she said most of the order aren't going to ship until the end of the month. Mine is supposed to ship between April 13th-20th but then I didn't choose expedited shipping so it probably won't arrive until May. I might just cancel it because even if it did ship on the 13th, the earliest I can get it is the 20th but I rather just go in-store and buy it on the 16th.

My card just got charged for my Versa.  I'm in the US, pre-ordered on the 13th, Special Edition.  Haven't gotten email yet, but the status changed from received to processed.

No offense taken, and great to have discussions or debates. Always been my best way to learn.

Just happens I am the opposite and really dont like apple products and try to stay away. They are good but most stuff is way over priced compared to competitors. Which is why my apple stock does so well.  Have an Iphone and that is it. Stocks you pick on what you expect to make a great return. Who cares if you like the company.

But with the research I did there are 10 times more complaints with fitbit. I even had tech support tell me that fitbit is not really compatible with windows 10. They just hope most will use it just with a cell phone. So dont make it for windows  until it works. I really want a fitbit for the battery life and ease of use. In five years it maybe great if they get bought out and someone works out the bugs. I really liked my Ionic but far to frustrating like a lot of other and sent it back. Work one day and not the next. 

Waiting to find a sale on the apple. Looks like to get dependability you have to give up battery life which I dont like.  I myself dont need all the extras of the apple watch but dependability.

And if I like a smartwatch then it will get used a lot and then hard for me to do without, once used to having one. And the I look at cost of an item. The  apple will be cheaper if I have to buy 2 or 3 fitbits to last as long.

All of the professional and individual reviews say is a much better build quality. Hard to find a review that said different. So it matched with my experience. 

I had been following this thread just to see if anyone could go a couple of weeks with the new model without a problem.

But I expect it the company,  with the new model to improve everything but the dependability.

I wish everyone luck that bought a fitbit. But at this point I would find it a waste in this point of development.

According to online reivew. Most that have had both greatly prefer the apple. I myself would probally get rid of the apple and buy the fitbit if the company ever matures.

I'm in the US and my order finally went from "received" to "processing" and my Paypal changed my payment method from 'order placed' to 'authorizing payment'. I ordered on 3/13 and did overnight shipping so hopefully it'll come by the weekend!
