Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

Hasn't even shipped yet. I was told it would ship on the 13th, now it won't ship until the 19th. Still haven't been charged either.

It won’t charge your card until it actually ships. Good luck. I just got a return authorization to send my Versa back. Heart rate, sleep and other features not working. Grrrr.

Ended up cancelling my order through Fitbit, and buying it from Currys. Picking up the SE Charcoal Versa tomorrow for £188!! Bargain!
Really not impressed at all by the online store for Fitbit.... especially as this was a PREorder. This was a birthday present treat for myself.
From now on, ill purchase away from the store I think

I got my Versa yesterday afternoon. I spent the entire evening setting it up (updating, apps, music). The pairing is nice even on my Huawei P10. I still haven't figured out how to control Spotify on it, it only controls the volume. I'm super satisfied with it though! I thought there was a problem, but even Fitbit just noted there's a problem with sleep tracking, so it seems all works more than well 🙂 I would totally recommend it to others.

Yet again Fitbit misses the point. Newsflash Fitbit, your customers aren't happy and they are even less happy when they realise you don't care.
This launch may have been a success for you making money but it certainly hasn't been a success for your customers who are still waiting and seems like we will be for some time.
But Fitbit are happy living in blissful ignorance, or denial, I'm not sure which.

Yes I picked one up from Best Buy store yesterday but it looks like i will be taking it back pretty soon as it does not do what the advertising blurb says it does.
NO notifications for phone calls, text messages and limited to Gmail for email messages. Text is too small for us older folk to read. I appreciate that this is a fitness tracker so I suspect that is why these items do not seem a priority for Fit Bit to respond and fix. I am certainly not the only one who has the same issues. Now I have to find a replacement for my Pebble Steel which is the problem because it worked too well. I was hoping Fit Bit would have seamlessly moved the OS onto this new watch.../ obviously not.
It does vibrate and certainly looks good but then Zenwatch looks better but has as many issues so its back to research for me.

@SunsetRunner ..have you tried restarting your phone? phone and text message notifications work fine for me (android). maybe you have just set it up incorrectly.

Harvey Norman have them in stock. A friend got one yesterday. I preordered the LE Versa, they haven’t got that one yet

I decided to cancel my fitbit preorder. I originally ordered it on April 8th and up until the 16th I was still never charged for it and the shipping estimation stayed at "2-3 weeks". Ordered it now from Target and I'll be getting it on Thursday.

Received mine yesterday! Went from Charge 2 because I kept on getting into the shower with it on!! Anyway I really like the way this is set up and the different clock faces. Used mine already to pay for gas at the local Sheetz!!

Some success by resetting the watch to factory default, removing all apps associated with the watch and re-installing fitbit app only. Now I am getting the phone on the watch waiting to see about texts but still the font is really small.../

Amazon dropped the package on my doorstep right before lunch. I'm glad I cancelled with fitbit. It's so much prettier and vibrant in person (rose/peach)! Good luck to those who are still in queue!
