Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

Fitbit has only start shipping to the UK. 1 person got it because of a mistake from a third party. Other people got it because they were testers for it, but they have not started shipping in the US yet for preorders.

What third-party would that be since hers was shipped directly from fitbit?

@rnewson37 I have no idea she would not say because she didn’t want anybody to get into trouble. That is crazy your friend would be first person in the US to get it from fitbit. They have just lucked out I guess. I ordered mine on 3/15/18 and still no word yet. Fitbit said they will start shipping in the beginning of April.

@jlpayne I have a question I just thought of last night... I have a Charge HR and I know I can't power it off like there's no possible way to do it. I was wondering if you can completely power the Versa off by pressing the power button for a couple of seconds or something like that. Thanks!

I just ordered my Fitbit yesterday night and I know it won't come for another like 3 weeks but I was wondering if there's a place on the website or whatever to check it when it does start 'moving' through the process. I put it as 'send as a gift' just so I know when it ships because other that I have absolutely no way of knowing when it might arrive other than a vague '2-3 weeks'.

Yes you can power it off, it's an option in the settings app.

I would just keep refreshing the page that confirms your order had been received. You can also check your credit card statement online and once the charge had gone thru it will be shipped

When it ships you will get an email with the tracking number. No need to keep checking how far a long the process it is and it will not show anything but received.

Sarah, go to Settings and scroll all the way down to "About". Click on About for several other items including "Shutdown".

One of the moderators on these forums said they’d be shipping in early April. And I believe they’ve already began shipping to people in the UK. So in reality, it’s possible people in the U.S may begin getting them sometime this week.
