Day 2 and it already quit. It’s completely dead and won’t charge. I preordered this and anticipated another great Fitbit experience. WRONG! They obviously rolled this one out too quickly. I’m seeing several negative comments, and the release date was 9/16. Macy’s is getting this back tomorrow. It’s back to the Alta for now. It quits...but it’s three years old. Ugh!!

Hi, @FitMom624! As with any electronic, there are going to be some bad units. I've had mine for about a week and it's been fantastic. If you're really interested in it, I'd recommend you exchange it for a replacement and give it another chance.

I would do that in a heartbeat if I could walk in the store and exchange it, but I have to wait for shipping all over again. This is so frustrating.

I would agree with her I can't even connect my Amazon account to my fibit versa. An the only excuse I get is my phone is not compatible

@Smtjt which app version are you using? I'm guessing you are on Android, so 3.6 would be the latest. I was having Alexa issues on 3.5 but these have all now been fixed by 3.6, so if you haven't already done so I'd recommend updating.

@Smtjt my phone doesn't always pick up my versa 2 saying device not found and when that happens I can't use Alexa. up until tonight I also could not install the coach app and I got the phone is not compatible spiel.
I will not be getting another fitbit after this one and I hope they make my phone compatible soon.

I have the Fitbit Versa 2. It's complete garbage. Ghost steps. Walk 8 steps get 127. Did 100 steps on the phone with support. I got 127 and 158 the second time. Today my walk recording stopped recording my first mile. I reformatted it five times! Four on my own and once with support. Then support sends me a email suggesting to reformat. They don't have any records of me reformatting. I'm done. This company is trash. I'm getting a refund.
