Having trouble switching bands.

I just got this Fitbit. And I got it all set up and then when I went to attach the bands only one would go in and not the other side. Mind you this is brand new and I am using the bands they initially give you. Should I get new bands? The hold in the fit bit looks ok but I can't really tell anything on the band. I really would like to keep this product but I am very frustrated already.

Hello @Caramel_sage thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, when trying to put a band on your Versa, the best way to do it is to place the watch face down on a flat surface, then incline it facing you while putting the pin on the bottom. Then, bring down the little nub to retract the pin and place the other side of the pin in the little hole on the top.

All you need is patience, I understand it might seem difficult to change bands, but they should fit perfectly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
