Hi all,
I have had the same problem as many of you in that my Versa heartrate monitor reads as 120+ BPM no matter what I am doing, meaning that the calorie tracker, workout tracker, and sleep trackers all do not work correctly. Today I was on a plane for 3+ hours and left the plane with having somehow having done a two hour workout.
When I talked to Support about this right now via chat, they basically feed you the party line that "the team is working on it" and that "it will work when the update comes out" even though they can't tell you when the update will even come out. They also avoid answering any questions revolving around the fact that you aren't going to have a working FitBit for an indefinite amount of time and that there is nothing they are going to do about the fact that you paid good money for a product that doesn't work because of their issues. The reason I bought the FitBit was in order to use these three features.
Any ideas of what else to do? I have tried every possible re-set that is listed on the message boards.
