Last week, out of the blue, my Versa stopped monitoring heart rate. The led light behind the clock constantly stays off. I’ve tried rebooting multiple times, I've switched the heart rate setting on/off and I've completed a full factory reset where I've had to re-download everything on to my versa. Nothing has worked so far. Is there anything else I could try? Or do I need to get a replacement led light? I am so disappointed as I had been in the middle of following a new fitness programme and I've been unable to record any of my results accurately.
