Versa screen started developing a blue line in the right-hand side

Question for the Versa generation 1 users - the past couple of days I've noticed a thin blue line in the far right-hand side of my screen - is that an indicator that my screen is going out?

Thankfully I bought a warranty but I wanted to have possible answers for the warranty company for the questions they are bound to ask!

HELP!

Thank you in advance. XO

Hi there @ashley.spears29, thanks for stopping by and for bringing this to my attention. I'll be glad to help you as this is not an expected behavior of the screen.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try to change the Screen Wake setting to manual, you can find the steps to do it in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be around.

I have the same problem as @ashley.spears29 , but I have a blue line either side of the screen.  @MarreFitbit I have tried all the suggestions you had mentioned, but nothing has changed.

What else could it be?

Hi there @lbonini, welcome to the Community Forums. I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above in order to fix your Versa's screen. Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should soon receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know.

I'm having the same issue. I thought maybe it was in some sort of mode. One blue line on either side of the screen. It doesn't seem to be interfering with anything, but it has not gone away after following the suggestions listed above.
