Hi..
Over the last two nights my sleep isnt registering like normal and just starting today, during a workout my versa was only registering at 65 bpm [i was doing a crossfit like workout, and I'm usually hitting cardio or peak]. Now, just sitting in a relaxed position my band is saying that my heartbeat is 120+ and it says I've been active for the last 20 minutes. Also, I'm not wearing my band right now and its still registering 67 bpm.
Now, i do live in Florida and it was very [VERY] humid out this morning and wondered if this has effected it.
I've also restarted this am after my workout to see if this would fix the issue - so yheartbeat registers but still seems off.
Anyone?

Let me help you with your Versa heart rate detection and sleep logs. I would like to know what are you seeing on your Sleep logs that you find odd.
Regarding the heart rate thank you for restarting your device. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Hi,
I've uploaded a picture so you can see what its actually showing on my sleep log. Its strang ehow it works on some nights and not on others.
Also, even now, I am not doing anything anf my versa isnt reading a heartbeat. Other times it seems like it goes crazy like I'm doing a cardio exercise amd I'm doing nothing more then walking to my car.
I will clean the back as you suggest and see if that helps.

UPDATE: Versa has completely died as of 1:20 this afternoon.
I have to say that i was really super in love with all of my Fitbit produts, so much that a number of our family has taken up the devices. BUT THIS IS TOTALLY ANNOYING AND MAKES ME RETHINK BUYING ANOTHER.
Its not even that the Versa failed, its THE SECOND TIME ITS HAPPENED in less then 8 months! Seriously, what kind of stats are these for your product and why would i consider even spending the enormous amount of $ just for it to fail again in a year?
I will be looking at other options as of this point, and i wont be recommended your products any longer & thats pretty disappointing.
