Hi, 

my heart rate isn’t being recognised on my Fitbit, I’ve disconnected it and connected it again on the app still nothing, I’ve hold the three buttons to reboot and still nothing, I’ve clicked on my heart rate app and there is nothing to say if it’s on auto or not. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this issue...
