I have a new Fitbit Vera 2 and trying to set it up.
I set up an account just now.
Then I follow the steps to set up the device
The Bluetooth makes a connection and recognises the device
Then it asks me for a 4 digit code from the device
But the device displays the message "Unlock with your Phone"
I do not see the device in my app yet.
And I have not entered the Code incorrectly 10 times as I never got a code to enter.
Can anyone help?

@1401 Take a look at this thread here and see if it helps you. I'm not sure if it will because this is a new device for you so you won't be able to see it in the app. If that thread doesn't help you, I would reach out to customer support for further instructions.
