Was out on my bike this Sunday and the HRM stopped recording at about 10:30 AM or so. I've done the factory reset (multiple times), and everything I can think of but the light won't come on and it is not recording heart rate at all. Looks like I'm not the only one to have this happen.

Yeah, you're not the only one, and it's frustrating bc the members only repeat the same thing: "We are sorry to hear that, we are constantly improving". Well, what a waste of money. Mine didn't last even 7 months. I think the best opption rn is to get an Apple watch...

They have always been great about replacing broken bands and even entire units for me in the past. I love their products except for the fact that I have to buy a new one every 12-18 months. I'd be happy to pay more for one that lasts.
