Suddenly this morning, my versa went dark. All seemed fine yesterday and even synced up this morning at 6:45, then at 7am, nothing. I tried restarting as directed in other posts, but nothing seems to work. When I went to charge it, it reached 100% in a few minutes but still no display.

Mine did the same thing. This is an issue with the watch itself. Probably the battery. Was told it was the outlet my charger was plugged into and also the watch face I was using. I had been using the same outlet and watch faces from the same person since I purchased my watch in February with no problems and then one day, poof! It doesn't work anymore. This issue has been happening for well over a year now and it has not been addressed. Mine is being replaced as we speak. We'll see what happens from here.

Hi Alvaro,
Well, this morning it was still a blank screen, tried rebooting again, still nothing. Just before taking a shower and getting ready for work, I plugged it back into the charger. When I was about to leave the house, I checked it one more time, and oddly enough, it seemed to be working fine. It has been working all day. I will keep your notes, so if it happens again, i will try that first.
Thanks!
Glenn

Well, tried the solution from Alvaro but it only seems to fix it for a day or so. Every 2nd or 3rd day, same problem. Guess it's time to look at what other trackers are out there.
