Since about Saturday or Sunday my versa won't sync and is therefore showing the wrong time. It is often 15 minutes out or the like. When I've tried turning it off and on it doesn't do anything, I've tried turning my phones Bluetooth off and on but nothing is working. The app keeps saying 'tracker not found'.
Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be and/or how I can fix it?
Had my versa a year now.

@lozza.g it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since it stopped syncing your data. By the way, thank you for posting the update here before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, check out if your Versa syncs properly.
As a side note, let me know what is the brand and model of your Versa.
