My fitbit versa 2 stop logging heart rate in the app since December 27th. The sleep score is also not longer showing since the same day. I did multiple resets and even a factory reset and it is still not working. I've also ensured the heart rate tracking is turned on in the settings.
When I first shutdown, the heart rate was not working after turning on. After multiple resets, the heart rate finally showed a reading but there is no data on the app.
