Hi Fitbit support team,
I purchased 2 versa lite and 1 versa 2 for my family. I noticed one of my versa lite heart rate monitoring went wrong and did test as below. I wore versa 2 on non-dominant wrist and versa lite on dominant wrist simutaneously. The snapshots were what I got for my heart rate recordings on 12/25/2019 from versa 2 (top, left nondominant wrist) and versa lite (bottom, dominant wrist). Versa lite off the actual heart rate a lot especially during day time. Can you advise?
