Heart rate and steps

I changed phone and now my Fitbit versa is not tracking my step or heart rate on my watch. Its not showing it...the heart rate is 3 question marks and the steps is at zero. So I made sure the heart rate was turned on and I restarted the watch and nothing. Its irritating this watch is only a couple months old.

Let me help you with your sleep and steps detection. You can see this information (at least the steps) on the Versa itself but not on the app in the new phone? Or is the Versa not tracking anything at all? Could you share a screenshot of the Fitbit app on your new phone?
