Heart rate function not working

My green light has stopped flashing, and my heartrate is no longer consistently being detected. I exercise daily yet my app shows I have not had any active minutes during the day. What's wrong?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important this data is for you and let me help you with this matter. Since the heart rate function isn't working consistently, that's the reason why your active minutes aren't detected correctly, for that reason let's try the following steps:

  1. On your Versa, swipe to the left and open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap on heart rate to turn it Off.
  3. Restart your watch to restore its performance.
  4. Turn back On the heart rate function.
  5. Wear your watch snug on your wrist and monitor its behavior on the next days.
