My green light has stopped flashing, and my heartrate is no longer consistently being detected. I exercise daily yet my app shows I have not had any active minutes during the day. What's wrong?

Since the heart rate function isn't working consistently, that's the reason why your active minutes aren't detected correctly, for that reason let's try the following steps:
