Heart rate graph not selecting

With the new update, I can see my heart rate graph, but when I tap on it there's no detail line that shows specific time & HR value.

I have tried all the HR graphs I can find, but none of them have the behavior anymore. 

OK I guess I can't attach images, or I would show screenshots of the graphs that don't have the behavior.
