After syncing my versa 2 with my iOS device. My bpm is not showing up on the Versa 2. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Regarding the heart rate issues that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to proceed and assist you accordingly in case the issue persists.

 

I'll be around also if any question arises.
