I’ve had my Versa since April and all of the sudden today the lights on the heart rate sensor stopped working. It’s completelu dark. I made sure the heart rate monitor was on in the app. What other solution is there?

Hello @Wwolf87
Maybe try a reset first and as a last resort, a factory reset. Just do a sync just before you do a factory reset as your data will be wiped clean.

@SLB14 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! If your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your heart rate, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
