Heart rate sensor not working

My HR is reading "--" I've rebooted the Versa. I have tried turning the HR on and off. The lights are not coming on. I had to call support because the screen would not swipe. They assisted me to reboot it. The swipe feature was restored but the heart rate then never returned. Help, please.

I could see that you were in touch with them and that they have sent you a replacement Fitbit. I'm sure that the new one will work correctly and not give you any issues.
