I too am very disappointed with my Versa....I wish I can just get a refund and buy something else because I am quite serious when it gets to fitness. At first (after a year) I was ok to reset it once a month, then weekly, but now, after 18 months, I have to reset it daily.....unfortunately it is still not working.....I had enough and want my money back!
