Very sad... there only answer is to give me 35% off and buy a new one. They need to release a bug to fix issue.. I have had thing in cover and never touched water.. in great shape. Just for a update to mess it upSent via the Samsung Galaxy S10+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone

Mine stopped working as well. I reset to manufacturer settings, deleted/updated the app and contact customer service and they sent me to an article....that didn't help. Soooo frustrated. I'm ready to go get a watch compatible with my phone that does the same at the fitbit!
