I have tried factory reset,shutdown but green light is not coming back.This happen 2 weeks before as wellbut got fixed with factory reset but this time it is not . What to do next?

Regarding the heart rate tracking issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them as @SunsetRunner advised via email.
I'm so glad to hear that they took care of your case and you will be back on track soon.
