Since the last update I've been having issues with my Versa. The battery drains within 1-2 days, sporadic sleep tracking, the heartrate would freeze, and now the heart rate sensor will not work at all. I've tried the fixes suggested in this forum with no improvement. I'm using an Android device. Any other suggestions? I've had my Versa since Dec. 2018.

Hi @rpoulin04 You dont say what steps you have tried. Have you restarted several times? Have you checked that heart rate is till turned on in the Settings App on your Versa? Have you tried a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About )

Hi @NellyG. So far I have tried restarting several times; verifying the heart rate monitor is toggled to On; turning of the heart rate monitor, restarting, and then toggling the heart rate monitor to On again. I've ensured my Versa is fully charged. I have not yet tried a factory reset.

I'm having the same issue. It's been on going for about 2 weeks now and I am fed up!
The sensors suddenly stop working; sometimes multiple (5-10) resets will activate it, but then it'll stop working again within minutes or hours. This happens multiple times a day.
It stops working at night so I've only gotten basic sleep stats for a few weeks now. It also stops working during my workouts so my calorie stats are always wrong.
Last week for 5 days straight it consistently registered my heart rate as being incredibly high (140-160) while I was not engaging in any activity.
Both my device (samsung galaxy s9) and my versa are up to date in regards to software.
This is my third type of Fitbit and I've had different issues with all of them. I've scoured the forums and this seems like a persistent issue with many versa owners and there doesn't seem to be any real solution. I think this will be my last Fitbit, the Samsung Gear is looking awfully good right now.
