Versa not receiving text notifications

I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but why would only text/WhatsApp messages not be showing on my Versa.  I have updated, synced, rebooted, charged, checked settings (all on) and still nothing? I am receiving everything else just not messages - can someone throw some light please 😃

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I have not been able to receive any text messages on my versa Fitbit. It has been very irritating to me.  I’ve only been able to get fb notifications.  I have an iPhone 8.

My versa light doesn't bring WhatsApp messages or any notifications... 

When I try it says phone needs to restart I have restarted it loads the phone and the watch 

I have a huawi phone. 

Please help its SO ANNOYING

Is this for all users? My husband and I have samsung phones and also have issues and have done everything and still all we recieve are call notifications to our versas.
