Hi! I am trying to turn off my heart rate setting, it’s a  constant red light all day and my battery is dead after a few hours. I’ve followed directions from other posts and do not have a heart rate setting in my app. I’ve turned off the heart rate setting on my clock face and it still is red.

Hi @Oliveoil15 Unfortunately turning off Heart Rate doesnt turn off the lights on the back. Try restarting the watch several times and try a Factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If they dont fix it you will need to contact Customer Support.
