Touch screen started to get flaky a couple weeks ago and restarting seemed to recover it for a bit. Noticed some restarts and lower battery levels a bit after this. Now it seems the touchscreen is totally dead. I've did a factory reset today and it was still dead after that. Had it for 13 months so I think I'm just out of the warranty period. Any other fixes besides the resets out there?

Hi @TedPNW It sounds like you have done everything you can, so I think it has died. If you are in Europe or Australia the warranty is 2 years, otherwise one. You could contact Support anyway - you never know they might have a trick up their sleeve that the rest of us dont know about.
