I received my Versa 2 as a Christmas gift in 2019. It is now April 2020 and my fitbit will not swipe. It stays on the clock screen and I can’t set alarms or timers or do basically anything else on it. Please help my Fitbit is BRAND new and shouldn’t be doing this.

They asked me to do a Factory Reset, but the dang thing wont even complete that process correctly. So over it! 😠
