Hi, my Fitbit Versa is showing a bpm of 150+, and I’m just relaxing, at one moment it even went over 200bpm.
I’ve rebooted it, I’ve switched it on and off, turned the heart rate monitor on and off. Kept the device off during the evening, let the battery die and recharged it. At first I thought something was wrong with me, so I tried the breathing exercises, nope that didn’t work, the only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset, but I’ve read that that also didn’t help for anyone.
Can anyone help me with this problem??

Hi, did you try the restart procedure, e.g. restart your Vera 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons?

Mine has been doing this too! I thought I was going crazy. It also regularly just can’t find my heart rate. Any remedies would be really helpful. Reboots don’t seem to help the problem.

My Versa is doing this too. I'm sitting here no doing nothing, and my HR is 164. It also hasn't kept full sleep stats or my resting HR for the last 4 days. I just got off the phone with the CS line, we troubleshooted, turned on/off HR, rebooted, nothing worked. They put me on hold to check with the higher ups, then came back and said they are aware of the problem. Apparently Versa users are experiencing this problem along with one of the other watches, can't remember which. It has to be a firmware update or something?? I was told to keep my reference number, and hopefully it will be fixed soon. So, I was pretty much left hanging, sadly. I've only owned my watch for a few months, so I'll give them a few days to see if it gets fixed before calling again. #inthesameboat
