Hi, my son has lost his Versa somewhere in the house and we can’t find it. I’ve tried a few apps but none can locate it. Wondering if this is because Versa is new. Any ideas on how to find it/apps that have been helpful? Thanks!

The only other thing I can suggest it to keep on syncing it. The bluetooth connection only has a range of around 20 feet so if it does sync it's within that distance.

The bluetooth detectors should work just the same with the versa as with other fitbits. Were the apps you tried those mentioned in this help file? http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1188
If the versa is out of battery they will not work though.
Thanks. The Fitbit is not out of charge. We’ve tried the apps. One can see the Versa but we need to log out of the app to connect. Done that but it still doesn’t work. The other one times out when you click for info. Any ideas appreciated.

Another good app, if you ever need it, is Bit Finder Geo. It's free and what it will do is ping all the nearby Fitbits and work like a metal detector. The closer you are to your Fitbit, the more it will be pinged until you find it.
