Hi i have posted a couple of messages about this but so far no reply.
Recap. Have had a fitbit device since 2015 and on the whole loved it. Got a versa assume it was the first generation some time ago and all features worked fine. Got ill in september last year so did not use my device for a few months. Came back to it in December and noticed some changes. 1. The sleep log seems not to exist on the app any more. I read some posts which tell me i can see this data on my watch. I found out how to do this but there is never any data in the value fields. Also i liked tooking at the graphs which don't seem to exist on the watch display. Btw i use android devices to log onto fitbit (samsung tablet and s8 phone). Can someone tell me what has changed? 2. I wondered if it was a new update that had change and found some comments about how to go back to older versions of firmware. These sugest there is a feature in advanced setting to do this. I can't find this feature or another way to find it. Any help appreciated so i can get back to useing my device as i did.

Hi I have had a fitbit device since about 2006. About 2 years ago I got a versa smart watch and was happy with the app and device interaction. Since about August, I have been ill and not using my watch, but have now got back to it. I have my apps on a Samsung andriod tablet and a Samsung s8 phone. I updated the fitbit app when I got back to using my watch. But it seems things have changed since i have been away. On the app on my Samsung devices, i can no longer find where things like my steps and sleep states are located. All I get to see is calories.I can see the steps on my watch but the sleep stats dont now get filled in. Also I dont want to look at this data on my watch but in my app. The sleep data on the app I found quite informative with the stages of sleep graph. So reading around the web, I get told that I can go back to an earlier version of the app, via account and advance user, clicking on a heading call go back to an early version (or words to that effect). However I dont seem to have this as an option on my phone or tablet. Can someone point me in the right direction please to get back to what I had been using in August?

Hi just read my submission. I had been a member since 2015 not 2006.

Hello and welcome @kevinlee.kssl
I read through some of your earlier threads as well and I’m wondering since you have the new Fitbit App version that it’s quite possible you have not activated certain tiles that will provide information like sleep, water intake, calories, heart rate etc.
We can try that and see if that’s what’s missing. Here’s how:
open your Fitbit App
tap the word “Discover” on the bottom left corner of your screen
Now scroll down and tap “Health & Fitnesses Stats”
Here you will find tiles that can be monitored and activated
Each item that you want monitored you need to ensure a green check mark :white_heavy_check_mark: is on that tile
if a green check is missing that you want just tap that tile then scroll down and tap “Add to Today”
** Doing this will now pop you back to the main page of the Fitbit App. Look through your completed/current challenges and you should see the new tile you activated. Once you find it tap that particular tile to see more information.
If you want to add more tiles then repeat the steps above and pick another one you want to add as well. Once you add all the tiles you desire you can edit how they look on your main page by following these steps:
open your Fitbit App
tap the word “edit” located just under the message envelope
you can press and hold each item using the three horizontal lines to the right and drag it up or down
once your satisfied with the placement tap “save” on the upper right
sync your device to activate the changes.
You also asked about reverting back to an earlier version of the Fitbit App. I don’t believe that is possible.
😃 Please let me know if this indeed answers your question

Hello again @kevinlee.kssl
Since you have posted this question several times in the same forum I am merging them together to avoid confusion. All your post have been moved here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Help-with-Changes-to-the-fitbit-app/m-p/3983991#M...
