On my Fitbit app it’s say I did my 250 hours step is 12 of 14 but on my. Watch it’s say I did 14 of 14 hours and I know the 14 house is correct because I been out all day so what do I do is there a sync issue of iPhone

Has there been any progress in the resolution of this issue? I can't express how much my day is affected by making or not making these goals. This seems silly to some, but add me to the list of those affected as of 9/14/2021. My watch congratulated me on 9/9 hours of 250+ steps. The website and the app on the phone refuse to agree with the FitBit. I have been through the forums and tried absolutely all of the suggestions to no avail. This makes me question the accuracy of the other measures. I have now spent important time to reaching my next tier for daily steps...I already made my 10,000...but I guess I'll just call this another day that I go for the next level 22,222.
I haven't seen any updates. Does this mean the issue is still outstanding?

This has been going on since 2018!!!!! Are you EVER going to fix it?!?!?! And please spare me the “I understand your frustration” responses - just fix the darn thing!

When we this 250 step issue be fix I mean I should be able to come home and sync my 250 step not do it every hour
