The hourly activity is incorrect in my app. It also says I have been inactive for 9 hours today and active for just 30mins for a step count of near 7000. My active hours show as 8 out 9 on the device but 2 out of 9 in the app.
From Google it seems this has been an ongoing issue for over a year. When will this be fixed? Are there any steps being taken to fix this? Surely it’s not acceptable to advertise a product with such features if they simply do not work and have not done for some time.
