Since receiving my tracker, I have been finding inaccuracies between the stats recorded on the watch itself, and what is synced to the App.  Specifically with active hours during the day. Repeatedly the tracker has recorded 8 of 8 active hours in the day, but when synced with the iOS app it shows anything from 5 of 8 to 7 of 8.  Is this a known issue?

It would be good to be able to add but the problem still needs to be fixed.

This thread is over a year old. I have seen nothing recently that explains the problem, nor does it say when it will be resolved.

I have only had my Versa a couple months. The past week, the app is not actually showing what actually appears on my Versa.

I have done a hard restart on my phone, and my watch, along with all your suggestions.

Nothing!!!! You guys need to fix this problem. This is ridiculous! What is the point of using one of these if YOU, the developers, don't care about the accuracy!!

Ha, a year on and this "issue' still isnt resolved. My app says 6 of 7 days and it's still only logged 2.

The versa is trash.  I've had 3 sent to me because they just stop working correctly.

Always the same response..turn it on and off..re install blah blah blah

I could scream ive heard that so many times!! Wasted so much time trying sort the **ahem** thing.

Admit it Fitbit...its a duff watch and duff app.

All 3 of my versas have never worked to full potential and when this one gives up the ghost..which will be when its about hmmm 6 months old, I'll be purchasing a completely different brand as yours are rubbish! Not worth the money.
