I have a Versa3 & iPhone 13. My hourly steps are not syncing correctly. I’m missing an hour in the app and my watch shows correct hours. It skipped an hour. Any ideas on how to get my missing hour to show in app.

Also, I forgot to mention I did shutdown & restart both my Versa3 & iPhone

@Lueds55 This happens to me from time to time. There's just nothing you can do to fix it. For me, it seems to happen when I'm trying to get those last few steps in at the end of the hour. My Fitbit screen says I made it, my app doesn't. Honestly, I make an angry face or two 😠😠, and move on.

I am having the same problem, tried the same fix attempts as you but it didn't work. I also have problem sometimes with my sleep tracker not recording on some nights. ?????? I feel your pain.
