I heard there can be some discrepancies in the VO2 determination, I jog a lot and since my Versa/Fitbit doesn't track jogging I use the run tile with connected GPS to track (and as we all know, there are differences between a run and a jog with pace and distance being the basic factors). I want to know if this can give me any faulty reading or if by any chance Fitbit considers jogging to be the same as running (will be comfortable using it more then) Thanks

@Kenzibit pretty much the same type of exercise, step based, difference in pace. For your cardio score estimation Fitbit needs your resting and "active" heart rate as you know. The more data you feed your Fitbit, the more accurate it will get (to some point obviously as it's an estimation after all). The more your resting heartrate improves (along with your fitness level), the better cardio score will be. So, keep jogging and enjoy your Versa! 😊

Thanks for the reply, so you recommend I still use the Run tile to still track all right and not worry?

@Kenzibit that's what I would do. 😊 The type of exercise would not impact your score. It's your heart rate that does the trick! So no worries. 😊
