How can I get Versa to always have real time weather?

I set up my location and info to get weather on my Fitbit Versa but when I go to it to check the weather it always says to sync to my app. How can I get it to always have real time weather without going to my phone and syncing constantly

It has to sync to the phone first to get updated weather. It does not have a direct connection to the internet.
