I’ve got my Versa less than 3 weeks ago. It’s working fine but the screen is broken 2 days ago by accident that caused injury as well. I called the Fitbit support and they told me the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, which totally understandable. But there is no repair store or anywhere I could replace the screen. It’s ridiculous!
Now how can I repair my watch? There should be a process for this kind of situation. What can I do now?
Moderator edit: subject for clarity
They just did the same to me! My screen stopped working (everything else works) and there is nothing they can do. 25% off a brand new one...the lifespan of these watches should be more than 2 years!
I had a screen protector on mine. I saw scratch on the screen protector and thought I was safe. Nope the fragile Fitbit was cracked Beanie. And it was the second one I bought and both screens cracked. There’s no rhyme or reason why it cracked it just does. For over 200 bucks this is such a disappointing appointment. I can’t believe Fitbit won’t do anything to help.
Literally got off the phone with their customer service, did not offer any suggestions where I can take it, just kept repeating that warranted does not cover they have no repair department to send it to. There goes $160.00 down the drain.
Two years on and still no resolution to this. When I contacted Fitbit I was basically dismissed. Not under warranty (obvs 🙄 and not what I was asking) and simply no response to anything else. I asked to be escalated to customer complaints and was told there was no such thing but that my comments were noted!!
Appalling and now they have lost another loyal customer
why the hell you guys give template replies. where there is no solution. we should be filing a legal complaint on this. you guys don't have option to repair the faulty fitbit. what non sense is this.
And we get a great suggestion from your customer support "please recycle your fitbit" this is great value for money
New screens are available on EBay for $39.00. I replaced mine yesterday and it works great. It took about 10 minutes and there videos on You Tube that show you how to do it.
What did u search on eBay?
I seen protective/screen protector but not the glass itself

Best AnswerThank you so much!
Best AnswerI had the same problem. I have had various fitbit devices for years and this is the first time I have bought one with a bigger screen (what a mistake that was) It was the Versa Lite. I had it less than 6 months and was taking it off and accidentally dropped it on tile and it immediately cracked. I spoke to customer service and they couldn't do anything. I asked if they sold some kind of glass/screen protector like cell phones and they don't do that either. I asked if there was a more sturdy/crack resistant device I could purchase and they said all of their devices were sturdy... I said well that isn't true. The customer service agent then told me about the Versa 2 which is $100 more than what I had already bought. Haha no thanks. Fitbit... get it together. Your company should be better than this!
So far this seller has been super good! Shipped same day basically and msgd me, also I replied asking about new adhesive and she replied she put some in the box for me!

Best AnswerIt’s the same thing with me I looked everywhere but there is no screen replacement not even in Best Buy! I was as shocked as all of you! So my suggestion to you Fitbit is buy repair shops worldwide, for all the Fitbit users!
Best AnswerI just spent 1/2 hour on the support chat with fitbit. This is ridiculous. I am more than angry that there isn't even a replacement option. The support kept saying I'm sorry its not covered on warranty. I explained a number of times that even not covered on warranty you can't even offer me a replacement part. I was using my fit bit for activity in which it was designed for that yet they don't even have replacement parts. Worst product ever!!!! Fit bit just lost a customer. Total waste of money
