I’ve got my Versa less than 3 weeks ago. It’s working fine but the screen is broken 2 days ago by accident that caused injury as well. I called the Fitbit support and they told me the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, which totally understandable. But there is no repair store or anywhere I could replace the screen. It’s ridiculous!
Now how can I repair my watch? There should be a process for this kind of situation. What can I do now?

Sometimes the screen protectors don't help but if it does break there are always companies that can fix these for you. Joesge does online repairs.

This is a similar issue my son was at the gym and the strap came away from the screen part and the watch fell and the screen cracked .
I would like to know where we can fix it as it is not covered under warranty .
Poor responses from Fitbit.
no repair centre.
So how do we fix our broken watches which are still under warranty ..

I agree. I’ve been working w them Patiently for a week now bc my back button won’t work.so my scream is stuck on last app I went to. I got my husband a itouch smart watch and he loves it. Has had no problem. And it was way cheaper then the Fitbit.

the repair site you mentioned quotes me a cost of $125 to repair the screen. The device when I bought it brand new 9 months ago was $160. Disappointing, but wanted to make sure people knew what to expect.

So you mean to tell me I'm spending hundreds of dollars on a watch and a cracked from the inside screen cant be replaced? I dropped it one time after owning it 3 month not even. So, disappointed.

They have replaced my versa at least 5 times. I've lost count. I'm definitely looking into another brand
