How do I change the clock format on my Versa 2?

I have tried resetting my time on the app and its not working. Currently its 06.00 when it shd be 18.00. What do i do??

Hi @Lamley16  - this seems like you are using 12hr format -

Try logging into your settings here

Change to 24 hr mode and remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then synci?
