I purchased my Fitbit Versa Lite three weeks ago I have everything setup except for the time. I live in Kentucky I have chosen Kentucky Louisville for my time zone. My watch will show time 9:00am then it changed to 12:00 when it time to change to 1:00 it like on Military time I don’t know it is set on 12 hours or 24 I have worked with this I ready to give up.

I don't understand. Does it go directly from 9:00 am to 12:00 with no times in between?
Do you ever see an hour greater than 12?
1:00 pm military time is 13:00, not 12:00.
