How do I make and receive calls in my Versa 3?

can i make a phone call from my watch or do i need a special app 

can i ring a abulance from my phone

For some reason if I place a call from my watch it seems d the call to the phone on speaker but if I answer incoming calls on the watch then I can hear/talk directly from the watch.

You can in fact answer and talk through the watch on the versa 3

We knew this long ago, the question is can you make a call from the watch and continue to talk without gettingvuour phone out, I can not.
