Hi @finstavis it depends on where you purchased it. If from Fitbit directly, you have 45 days no questions asked to return it. Retailers vary as to their return policy. Is there a reason you wish to return it?
I had bought it online from Fitbit.com, nothings wrong with my Versa 2 I just realized it didn’t quite suit my needs as I thought it would. I know about their policy but what process do I have to go through to return the product and get my money back?
