Versa's display is white

I have a white screen. I put it down on the counter and the screen went white. I held the button for 10 seconds, it turned off and back on but still white. It’s new from Christmas. What can I do? I can’t see the screen to do a factory reset.

@AinelV, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen is white and and won't show any stat. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third part clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

No, they did not resolve anything. Seems like I need to buy a new one which is ridiculous. This shouldn’t have happened. I’ve had 3 other Fitbit’s without a problem. This brand has a defect. I’m so disappointed and upset.
