Can someone please contact me to fix this in person. This watch costs over $300, This should be easier to do. Your online help is not helpful. I don’t want directions from a website, I’d like s person to help me. I’ve spent hours trying to reset the watch and it’s not working.
thank you

Hi there @Smallymum, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Versa 2. We're sorry for the hard time you had while reaching our Support Team, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
In order for me to better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue you may be having with your Versa 2?
If you experience any of the following issues, restart your device:
Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data.
Some Fitbit devices have small holes for sensors such as the microphone or altimeter. Don’t attempt to restart your device by inserting any items, such as paper clips, into these holes as you can damage your Fitbit device.
