How do I return my Fitbit Versa 3?

Want to return my Versa 3. The seller assures me that the way to do this is via the Versa 3 Forum.

Hi @stevP - if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds directly.

Just wanted to jump in to add, that the 45 days return policy for Fitbit, applies only if you purchased your Versa 3 over the Fitbit online store. 
If you purchased it on another retailer, you'll have to consult with them how is their return policy. 

In case you purchased it on the Fitbit Online Store, please do as advised by @Guy_ and contact our Support team for further instructions.

Bad news: the retailer belatedly directed me to seek refund via Fitbit: it turns out that his instructions refer only to the product purchased online.

In the meantime, I had already returned the product via express mail

 ( I live 1,600Km from the retail store).

I included a comprehensive letter.

No reply as yet.
