Hi there, @Linda.trevor. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to set up the call notifications on your Versa 2.

I am using a Samsung A53 phone. I did have calls and messages but serm to
have lost them. Can you help please

If you haven't done so yet, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

If the above doesn't work, please let me know if you're getting any error messages either on your Versa 3 or the Fitbit app so I can go from there.
